Issuance of PLN 72,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") and amendment to Final Terms
Further to an announcement released by International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") on 24 October 2023 at 15:19 under RNS No 1487R (the "Original Announcement"), IPF today announces that it has successfully issued PLN 72,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes due 2026 (the "Notes").
Commenting on today's announcement, Chief Financial Officer, Gary Thompson said:
"I am pleased to report the successful issuance of the PLN 72,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes due 2026. The new funding is instrumental in diversifying our funding profile and opens up funding opportunities in the region."
IPF further notes that amendments have been made to the Final Terms included in the Original Announcement, to update the item "Interest Determination Date" and to clarify the proposed date for the Notes to be admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin (as outlined below).

The amended and restated Final Terms should be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 24 August 2023 relating to IPF's EUR 1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Base Prospectus").
A copy of the amended and restated Final Terms has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

The Notes have been admitted to listing and trading on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange plc (trading as Euronext Dublin) from 3 November 2023.
