Acquisition of Shares pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP")
International Paper Company (NYSE: IP; LSE: IPC), a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, announces the following transactions occurred in the Shares following the Company's quarterly dividend of $0.4625 per Share for the period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, inclusive, payable on 16 December 2025, to holders of record of the Shares at the close of business on 14 November 2025. The Shares were acquired pursuant to a DRIP.
