Iomart Group PLC31 August 2006 31 August 2006 IOMART GROUP PLC SCRIP DIVIDEND iomart Group plc announces that the reference price for the fully paid extrashares to be issued to shareholders who elect to receive the scrip dividendalternative for the 2006 dividend is 69 pence per share. The reference price is calculated as the average of the closing marketquotations for the Company's shares as derived from the Daily Official List ofthe London Stock Exchange for the five business days, which commenced on 23August 2006.
