Dividend Declaration

iomart, the managed hosting company, is pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend of 0.4 pence per share for the year to 31 March 2010 to be paid on 1 April 2010 to all those shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 March 2010. iomart does not propose to recommend a final dividend. This payment of 0.4 pence per share in respect of 2009/10, represents an increase of 33% over the level of dividend for 2008/09 of 0.3p per share.
