Result of Annual General Meeting

 

The Board of Iofina is pleased to confirm that all the resolutions put to shareholders at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed. As announced on 12 June 2013, resolution 6 regarding Lance Baller's re-election was withdrawn due to his resignation.
