Iofina received notification on 22 November that, following the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 20 pence per Ordinary Share, Dr. Chris Fay is now interested in 1,180,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
