Inspace Plc21 December 2006 Inspace plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 81,001,690. The Company's issued share capital consists of 81,001,690 ordinary shares of 2p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 81,001,690.
