Change of accounting reference date

The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date ("ARD") from 30 September to 30 June with effect from 14 September 2009.
As a result of the change of ARD, the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:
Audited accounts for the 9 months ended 30 June 2009 will be published by 31 December 2009
Unaudited interim results for six months to 31 December 2009 will be published by 31 March 2010
Thereafter, interim and annual reports will be published each year, for the six months to 31 December and twelve months to 30 June, in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
