PDMR dealings
Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased a call option over 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 2.5% of the current issued share capital of the Company, from an existing shareholder at a cost of 1.5 pence per share option (the "Call Option"). The Call Option expires on 31 March 2025 and has an exercise price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr Bernstein's shareholding remains unchanged at 22,203,380 Ordinary Shares, which represents 18.94% of Insig AI's current total voting rights. This is in addition to the interest he now has in Ordinary Shares by virtue of the Call Option.
