AGM Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting of Insig AI plc (AIM:INSG), the data science and machine learning solutions company, Executive Chairman, Richard Bernstein will comment: "A month ago, we provided an update, where I said that in the coming months, through partnerships, distribution agreements and direct selling, we expect to monetise our offering and that we were excited about both our market positioning and our prospects. That remains the case. In recent weeks, we have continued to progress our discussions with several parties to that end.

I am now pleased to report that the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), has invited Steve Cracknell, our Chief Product Officer, to be a judge at the Showcase Day for the GFIN #Greenwashing TechSprint on 20 September 2023. We believe that this is a demonstration of our deep involvement in this important initiative, which has brought together international regulators, the World Bank and important corporates.

Over the last few months, we have had significant and meaningful interaction, with both corporates and international regulators. We have been incredibly impressed by the understanding, rigour and determination of the FCA to be at the forefront of using technology to enable adherence to the highest standards of corporate disclosures and transparency. We are also delighted that nearly all of the participants within the programme used our dataset of machine-readable corporate disclosures and text interrogation tools in order to develop their solutions. I believe that our commitment to this programme and the substantial investment that we have made, is about to serve us well."
