Board Changes

Inspired (AIM: INSE), the UK's leading energy and sustainability advisor, announces that, following notification on 14 April 2025 of his intention to step down from his role as Non-Executive Chair of Inspired at the conclusion of Inspired's AGM today, Richard Logan has stepped down from the position.

The Board is pleased to announce that Sangita Shah has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair on an interim basis. Sangita has served on the Inspired Board for four years as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and including two years as Senior Independent Director ("SID").

The Board intends to conduct a process to appoint a permanent Non-Executive Chair when the Company ceases to be in an "offer period", as defined in the Takeover Code.

Additionally, Dianne Walker, who has served as an Inspired independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for four years, has been appointed by the Board to the role of SID.

Commenting on the Board changes, Mark Dickinson, Chief Executive Officer, said,
