In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, International Public Partnerships Limited ('the Company', 'INPP'), the listed infrastructure investment company, has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
Meriel Lenfestey was appointed as a non-executive director of Ikigai Ventures Limited on 01 October 2021. Ikigai Ventures Limited was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 15 September 2022.
