ALLOTMENT OF SCRIP DIVIDEND SHARES
The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP' or the 'Company') wish to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend:

| Dividend amount per share: | 2.85 pence |
| Scrip dividend price per share: | 111.6 pence |
| Payment date/Allotment of scrip: | 15 October 2010 |
| Number of new shares issued: | 1,622,132 |
| Total number of INPP shares on issue at 15 Oct: | 479,040,303 |
The Board today reconfirms the guidance of 5.70 pence per share for the 2010 full year distribution. The second half of this distribution, which is targeted to be 2.85 pence per share, is expected to be paid in May 2011.
