2025 Second Interim Dividend

The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', 'the Company'), the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure investment company, is pleased to declare the following distribution:

Increase in dividend frequency

As part of a package of portfolio optimisation measures, the Company previously announced an increase in the frequency of its dividend payments from six-monthly to quarterly, in order to provide investors with a more regular income stream. This is the second dividend to be declared under the new quarterly payment frequency. 

2025 and 2026 dividend targets

The Board continues to forecast a long-term projected annual dividend growth rate of c.2.5% and reconfirms that the 2025 and 2026 annual dividend targets are 8.58 pence per share and 8.79 pence per share respectively. The target dividend growth rate is determined by taking into account the Company's ambitions to sustainably grow dividends over the long term whilst providing full dividend cash coverage.
