Transaction in own shares

Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on Wednesday 28 August 2024 it purchased 120,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 11.23 pence per share, to be cancelled.

Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 824,880,026 ordinary shares of 1p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 0 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 824,880,026.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
