Appointment of Directors

INM announced the appointment of Mr. Leslie Buckley, Mr. Paul Connolly and Ms. Lucy Gaffney to its board on Friday, March 13th.

Ms. Gaffney was a director of First Active Group plc within the past 5 years. 

The Company hereby confirms that, save for the above, Mr. Buckley, Mr. Connolly and Ms. Gaffney have no disclosures to make in accordance with Rule 6.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
