The Company has received notification that on, 5 April 2012, Martyn Rose, Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 44.5p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Rose is interested in 2,508,113 Shares, representing 29.81 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
