The Company announces that it was notified on February 17, 2022 that Richard Simkin, a PDMR and the Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer of the Company, sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.10 in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of £2.70 per Share on February 17, 2022.
