Indivior PLC (the "Company") - Block listing of shares

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 5,000,000Â Ordinary Shares of US$ 0.10 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will be issued to satisfy the vesting of share awards under the Indivior U.S. Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
The shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List on 29 July 2020.
