("IndigoVision" or the "Company")

Board Changes

IndigoVision is pleased to announce that Chris Lea has joined the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

Chris will take over from Holly McComb as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 June 2016, when Holly will step down from the Board and leave the Company, as previously announced on 21 March 2016. Chris will spend the month of June transitioning into his new role, during which period he will also remain an executive board member of Superglass Holdings PLC until he steps down at the end of June 2016.

Save for his purchase of 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company announced on 4 April 2016 the information required to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in relation to Chris Lea's appointment remains as set out within the announcement of 21 March 2016.
