Board Appointment

IndigoVision Group plc (AIM: IND), is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Thowless-Reeves as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 June 2017. Max is a partner in Multi-family Office Sorbus Partners LLP.

Commenting on Max' appointment George Elliott, chairman-elect of IndigoVision, said: "We are delighted that Max is joining the team. He is an experienced technology investor and entrepreneur with strong financial skills and immense enthusiasm for the business of IndigoVision."

The following disclosures are required regarding the appointment of Max William Thowless-Reeves, aged 45, pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Current directorships and partnerships: Sorbus Partners LLP; Rematch Credit Ltd; and David Lean Films Ltd.

Previous directorships and partnerships: None

Mr Thowless-Reeves is a partner in Sorbus Partners LLP. Mr Thowless-Reeves holds 47,383 ordinary shares in IndigoVision (0.62%); The Valu-Trac Sorbus Vector Fund 1 holds 460,000 ordinary shares in IndigoVision (6.04%); and Richard Winston Farmiloe, a partner in Sorbus Partners LLP holds 500,000 ordinary shares in IndigoVision (6.57%).
