International legal and professional services firm, Ince, will publish its Interim Results for the six months to 30 September 2021 ("HY22") on 8 December 2021.
Investor and analyst presentation: 12.00pm, Wednesday 8 December 2021
Adrian Biles (CEO) and Simon Oakes (CFO) will provide a virtual presentation of the Group's Interim Results for analysts and investors at 12.00pm tomorrow, 8 December 2021.
The presentation will be hosted through the Investor Meet Company platform. Investors who have already registered and follow the Company will automatically be invited to the presentation.
Q&A
On 26 October the Group announced it had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended all share offer for Arden Partners plc. As a result, the Group is currently in an Offer Period and is therefore restricted on what it can say publicly. For that reason, we encourage attendees to submit questions in advance of the presentation.
