Directors' Dealings
The Company was notified on 11 March 2011 that on that date, Simon Howard, Rose Colledge and Julian Maslen, all executive directors of the Company, exercised options over ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below:

All the options were exercised at a nil exercise price and were part of the share awards (the "Awards") granted to the executive directors and announced on 22 September 2010. The Awards will be satisfied from Ordinary Shares currently held by the Work Employee Benefit Trust and, consequently, there will be no dilution of shareholders' interests.
Following the satisfaction of the Awards, the interests of the respective directors in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
