Director shareholding
The Ince Group plc (AIM: INCE), an international, full service corporate and commercial law firm, notifies the following shareholding of Jennette Newman, Executive Director, pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies that had previously been omitted in error.
At the date of Jennette Newman's appointment to the board of Ince, announced on 9 November 2022, Jennette held 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and her shareholding in the Company has not changed since.
