AGM statement

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 12.30 pm today, 17 June 2010, Simon Howard, Executive Chairman of Work Group, the AIM listed employer marketing company, will make the following statement:

"In light of this morning's announcement of the changes to the Work Group management team, I am particularly confident for the future prospects of the Company. While overall economic conditions are difficult to forecast, the performance of the talent management businesses has been especially pleasing and we are now seeing improvements in the communications businesses too. We have maintained our broad spread of clients and only 10 per cent of our income is derived from public sector organisations. Consequently we see no reason why expectations for the current year will not be met."

Work Group intends to announce its half year results on 16 September 2010.
