Close High Income Properties PLC01 June 2006 CLOSE HIGH INCOME PROPERTIES PLC Seventh Allotment Close High Income Properties PLC ("the Company") announces that by 10.00 am on31 May 2006, its 'D' Share Offer had received further applications for 2,167,963'D' Shares. These 2,167,963 'D' Shares have been allotted and are expected to beadmitted to the Official List and dealings to commence on the London StockExchange's market for listed securities on 2 June 2006. These 'D' Shares rankpara passu in all respects with the existing issued 'D' Shares save that theywill only be eligible on a pro rata basis for the Company's second interimdividend for the period to 30 June 2006 to be announced and paid in July 2006.Until such time, these 'D' Shares will trade as a separate line of stock underISIN code GB00B169J116.
