Close High Income Properties plc announces that, due to increasing business commitments, Mark Shaw will resign from the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") with effect from 31 July 2008.
The Board would like to thank Mark for his contribution to the Company during his time as a Director.
In addition, the Company would like to announceΒ in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14,Β one of its Directors,Β MrΒ DonaldΒ Lake,Β was appointed Deputy ChairmanΒ ofΒ EquestΒ Balkan Properties plcΒ ("Equest")Β with effect fromΒ 22Β July 2008.Β Mr Lake was originally appointed to the board of Equest on 30 July 2007.
