IMImobile (AIM:IMO), the London based global technology company which provides software and services for enterprise mobile engagement, is pleased to announce that on 21 September 2015 John Allwood, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.53 per share.

Following the purchase Mr. Allwood is interested in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of the total voting rights.
