For immediate release 6 April 2006 Amteus plc ("Amteus" or "the Company") Statement re share price movement The Company has noted the recent rise in the price of its shares and advisesthat it knows of no reason for such a rise, other than that it is progressingin line with its plans as stated in the AIM Admission document published on 30December, 2005. The Directors stated therein that they intended to use part ofthe net proceeds of the placing to build up the sales and marketing andcustomer support team and for further technical development.
