Amteus is pleased to announce that it has signed a reseller agreement with Civica Services, a division of Civica plc, to sell the Company's secure Instant Messaging ("IM") product to their corporate clients.

The Company continues to make progress with its strategy of signing up resellers. In particular, the Board is encouraged by the results of recent case studies amongst existing users of the Secure IM product which show that it improves efficiency within their businesses.
