GENERAL TEXT AMENDMENT
The following amendment has been made to the 'Transactions in own shares' announcement released on 26 April 2021 at 18:20 under RNS No 6422W.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 14,248,836 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 272,083,603 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
All other details remain unchanged.

IMI plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 28 4/7 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
