Historical financial information
Following the announcement of its new sector aligned operating model in July 2023, IMI has today published historical pro-forma financial information for 2022 and 2023 H1 reflecting the new structure.
This historical pro-forma financial information is unaudited, and reflects the following changes:
1. To build on the opportunities for growth, IMI has been organised into an Automation platform and a Life Technology platform. Sector focused teams will bring us even closer to our customers and accelerate Better World growth.

2. The Rail business (2022 revenue: £37m) will be reported within Industrial Automation, previously this was reported within IMI Precision Transportation. Transport will now focus on the Commercial Vehicle market.
3. Corporate costs have been allocated to Platform results and will no longer be reported separately.

These changes have no impact on reported Group financial information which remains unchanged.
