The Board of Immedia Group plc (AIM: IME), the UK's leading provider of in-store radio, music and video, has today been informed that, following the purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.5p per share, Mr Steven Loftus, Chief Operating Officer, is now beneficially interested in a total of 60,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Further, the Company has been informed that, following the purchase of 130,000 Ordinary Shares today, Immedia Broadcasting Trustees Limited is now interested in 832,374 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.72 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
