Contract Extension

Immedia Group plc (AIM: IME), which provides bespoke radio stations and in-store media solutions for retailers, today announces a five year deal to extend its existing contract to supply 'SPAR Live' radio to the Convenience store retailer (the "Contract") until 30 April 2016.

Immedia which currently supplies 1,168 stores with the service has a target to recruit an additional 1,200 stores to the network over the next 5 years.

Revenues resulting from the Contract in the event that all 1,200 stores are added, could deliver up to £2.3m.

Immedia, launched by former BBC Radio One presenter Bruno Brookes in 2000, develops in-store media solutions for retail brands. Bespoke music strategies linked with voice and video on brand help retailers to connect with customers and staff.

Bruno Brookes said: "We launched 'SPAR Live' nearly 10 years ago which has become one of the most established in-store radio stations in the UK. The station supports SPAR in its own brand promotions together with other key promotional messages driving incremental revenue and general customer service messages."
