Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Immedia Group Plc ((AIM: IME) is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement on 13 May 2021, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been despatched to shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now also available to view on the Company's website at www.immediaplc.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD at 10 a.m. on 9 June 2021.
As at the date of this Notice of Annual General Meeting, meetings of more than six people indoors in the United Kingdom are prohibited by law. It is not considered likely that this will change prior to the date of the meeting as current UK government guidance is that such restrictions on meetings held indoors will not be relaxed prior to 21 June 2021. The Company will therefore be unable to permit shareholders, proxies or corporate representatives to attend the Meeting in person.
Shareholders are therefore encouraged to vote by proxy in advance and to appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as their proxy.
