Result of EGM
Infrastructure India plc, the infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
As a result, the Company now expects to proceed with the finalization of the proposed placing, as described in a circular sent to shareholders on 15 July 2014 and as announced on that same day.
The Company will update shareholders, as appropriate, in due course.
