This notification results from a change in the breakdown of interests between the following wholly owned entities within the 3i Group of companies.

A direct interest in 11.218% of voting rights previously held by 3i Assets LLP is now a direct interest of 3i Group plc, the ultimate parent company of the 3i Group of companies.

The indirect interests of:

· 3i Investments plc in its capacity as the discretionary Investment Manager of 3i Group plc,

· 3i plc as the parent company of 3i Investments plc; and

· 3i Holdings plc as plc as parent company of 3i plc,

have increased by that same 11.218% of voting interests as they now have an indirect interest in the voting rights in which 3i Assets LLP was previously interested.
