On 29 July 2015, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 29 July 2015 Kevin Dunn, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 207,106 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") on the exercise of a share award and sold 97,603 of these shares at 545.16p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
