Pursuant to the rules of the 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan, on 27 June 2019 the following individuals, being Directors / persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"s) of 3i Group plc (the "Company"), were granted awards over ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ("Shares") (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company as detailed against their names below:
