3i Group plc

3i Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for, respectively, admission to trading and admission to the Official List of a blocklisting of 250,000 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each. It is expected that admission will be granted on 26 January 2017 and that trading will commence on 27 January 2017.

These shares, which (when issued), will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the 3i Group Share Incentive Plan.
