IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it was notified on 29 June 2020 that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the SIP dividend reinvestment scheme, as set out below:

These shares have been acquired by the trustee of the IntegraFin Share Incentive Plan 2018 by way of market purchase at a price of £4.7468 per share.
