IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure of a transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR")
The Company announces that Michael Howard, an executive director/PDMR has dematerialised his entire shareholding of 43,950,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each and has disposed of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 on 30 September 2019. The dematerialisation was carried out partly to enable the sale and partly to mitigate the risk of a large shareholding being held in certificated form. The sale was instructed, primarily, to enable Michael Howard to provide seed funding for a charitable foundation and, residually, for diversification purposes. Michael Howard continues to be a director of the Company and his working relationship with the group is unchanged.
The Notification of Dealing Forms follow. These notifications are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
