IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it was notified today that on 21 December 2022 the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:

These shares have been acquired by the trustee of the IntegraFin Share Incentive Plan 2018 by way of market purchase at a price of £2.878 per share.
The Company also announces that awards over Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company were made on 20 December 2022 under the IntegraFin Deferred Bonus Share Option Plan to each of the following Directors/PDMRs as set out below:
