Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") Shareholding
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (the "Company") today announces the grant and release of share awards and the sale of shares by various PDMRs.
On 1 March 2021 the following share awards were granted and released under the Company's Annual Performance Plan. The shares were then transferred, following adjustments for tax and social security withholdings, to the following PDMRs:
