STANDARD AND POOR`S ASSIGNED RATING "B-" TO IG SEISMIC SERVICES,

OUTLOOK NEGATIVE

Moscow, 25 July, 2016

Standard and Poor's (S&P), one of the most influential rating agencies in the world, assigned a long-term corporate credit rating "В-" to IG Seismic Services PLC (LSE: IGSS), the leading pure-play land and transition zone seismic company in Russia and the CIS and one of the largest land seismic companies globally, and to its subsidiary GEOTECH Seismic Services, outlook "negative". S&P also assigned "ruBBB-" Russia national scale rating to GEOTECH Seismic Services, outlook "negative".

22 July, 2016 S&P assigned "B-" rating to IGSS and its subsidiary GEOTECH Seismic Services, outlook "negative". S&P also assigned "ruBBB-" Russia national scale rating to GEOTECH Seismic Services, outlook "negative".

S&P placed both global and national ratings on CreditWatch with negative implications. CreditWatch could be resolved in mid-September, once there is information regarding the refinancing of bonds.
