Board changes

International Greetings plc ("International Greetings" or the "Company") announced on 2 April 2009 that it had appointed Charles Uwakaneme as an Executive Director and Chris Howell as a Non-Executive Director. Both appointments became effective on 1 April 2009.

The additional information set out below is provided in accordance with the AIM Rules for new board appointments.

Charles Chibuike Uwakaneme (aged 64) holds or has held the following directorships during the past five years:

He is also an independent board member of Rother Homes and 1066 Housing Association. 

Christopher Timothy Howell (aged 49) holds or has held the following directorships during the past five years:

In his role as a restructuring advisor, Mr Howell has also been a director of the following companies which have been placed into administration:

Mr Uwakaneme holds 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company and Mr Howell does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.

The Company has been informed by both Mr Uwakaneme and Mr Howell that there are no other matters required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
