IG Design Group plc (AIM: IGR) has been informed that on 4 December 2023, Mark Tentori, a non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 11,709 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 128 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Tentori owns 51,374 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent of issued share capital of the Company.
