Board Change

International Greetings PLC, one of the world's leading designers, innovators and manufacturers of gift wrap, crackers, cards, stationery and accessories, announces that Executive Director Martin Hornung will be leaving the business to pursue new ventures on 14th December 2011.

Martin became a member of the Senior Management Team within the International Greetings Group of companies in 1991 and has served on the main Board of Directors of the Group since 1997.

Under Martin's direction the Group established a successful overseas operation in Asia and subsequently Martin became Managing Director of IG's Asian operations in 1999, and CEO of Asian operations in 2007.

Martin will continue to reside in Hong Kong and will support the business until the 14th December 2011. The manufacturing facilities in Asia are now under the remit of the Managing Director of International Greetings UK. The Board would like to thank Martin for his valuable work for the Company and wish him all the very best for the future.
