BOARD CHANGE

International Greetings (AIM:IGR), one of the world's leading designers, innovators and manufacturers of giftwrap, crackers, cards, stationery and accessories, announces that Nick Fisher, it's CEO, has decided to resign from the Board with effect from 31 December 2008. He will be succeeded by Paul Fineman, currently Group Managing Director.

Chairman of International Greetings, Keith James commented "Nick has been a key player in the development of the Group over the past 20 years and has been responsible for overseeing the restructuring and management changes we have made over the last twelve months. We are grateful to him for his contribution to the business over many years. He has agreed to act as a consultant to the Board which will enable us to continue to draw upon his knowledge and experience of our industry."

He added: "Paul joined the Board in 2005 on the acquisition of his company, Anker International and became Group Managing Director in January 2008. During this time he has worked closely with Nick in the development and implementation of International Greetings' strategy. I have no doubt he will be an excellent CEO to take the Group forward".

Nick Fisher commented: "After 20 years with International Greetings, I am keen to develop other business opportunities. With the restructuring of the business now well advanced and our business strategy in place, I am pleased to hand over to Paul who will have my full support both as a shareholder and a consultant to the Board. I would like to thank all of my colleagues within the business and on the Board for their support over many years."
