International Greetings PLC, one of the world's leading designers, manufacturers, importers and distributors of gift packaging and greetings, stationery and creative play products, today announces the appointment of Mark Tentori as a Non-Executive Director to the Board effective from 1 January 2016. Mark is a qualified accountant (ACA) and will also Chair the Audit Committee.

Mark, aged 52, is currently Group Chief Financial Officer of Adelie Foods Group Limited, which manufactures and supplies sandwiches to high street retailers and is owned by private equity group HIG. Prior to this, Mark has held a number of other senior roles in public and private companies which operate in a wide range of sectors and geographic locations. Most recently, these have included Group Chief Financial Officer of Deb Group Ltd, a specialist manufacturer across mainland Europe, North America and Australasia, United Coffee which operates nine factories with 1,100 employees in six countries and LINPAC Group Ltd, the multi-national plastic packaging company.

Current and previous directorships

Other than that set out below, there are no other matters that are required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to the appointment of Mark Tentori.

Mr Tentori is also a Member of the 'Cycle Watch' non-executive board which provides guidance and advice to executive board responsible for managing the Queen's private estate.
